TIP: Put your purchases in your shopping cart and print the shopping cart page to use it as your order or write your order by hand. Please be sure to include the item number, color, size (if necessary), quantity, shipping preference (standard or priority), and destination. Also, please include your full name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address so we can contact you if necessary.

Placing an Order Online

Online ordering is available 24 hours every day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you!

Follow these three easy steps to order:

  1. Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s) into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each.
  2. Choose the payment method you want to use.
  3. Provide an address and phone number for your delivery destination. We will send you a shipment confirmation via e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely! It is safe to use your credit card online. When you use your credit card to shop at hats.com, your transaction is secure. Your privacy is protected. Our servers use encryption technology that safeguards your personal information.

Order Processing

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed the same day that we receive them and generally shipped within one to two business days. If you order more than one item, we may ship from more than one location. This will not affect your shipping charges.

How will I know if you have received my order?

When ordering online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will be given your order number on the order confirmation page. Be sure to record this number and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

If you have mailed or faxed your order, we will confirm your order, compute your charges and contact you to request your payment if you have not sent it to us. If you have not provided an e-mail address, please provide a daytime phone number or we will use US mail to confirm your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have any question about your order, including order status, you can visit our web site and track your purchase through your account or contact us. If you are a Registered Member of hats.com you can Log In to your account and check your order status. Please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

What happens if my item is backordered?

We have attempted to minimize "backordered" occurrences by establishing a Real Time Inventory System. On rare occasions we temporarily run out of stock if an item is in greater demand than anticipated. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via e-mail with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive within 30 days. We will e-mail you when we are ready to ship to reconfirm your interest in the item. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and one or more of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will only be billed for the shipping cost when the last item is shipped. Your shipping charges are based upon the total value of the order shipped, so you won't be over charged.

Canceling an Order

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?

Since we are trying to ship all orders immediately after receiving them, it may be difficult to stop or change your order.

If we have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. If you have just submitted your order online, contact us. Be sure to include your full name and address, as well as your order confirmation number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You can decide after receipt of your order whether to keep it or use our hassle-free return process. If you need additional assistance please contact us.

Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel the order. If the order is refused for any reason, any shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
